Hands-on Practice:
- Confirm pip3 and python3 are correctly installed.
python3 --version pip3 --version
- Install Python virtual environment
pip3 install virtualenv
- Create a Virtual environment and activate it.
virtualenv mytestvenv
source mytestvenv/bin/activate
- Install Jupyter notebook
pip install jupyter
- Start Jupyter notebook
jupyter notebook
Jupyter notebook will get opened in your configured default browser
- Deactivate virtual environment
\>Shoutdown Jupyter notebook
File -> Shout Down
\>Deactivate virtual environment
deactivate
